The Wireless WorkForce is the solution to the telecom industry’s staffing needs. By integrating the most advanced features of job searching available into an easy-to-use web portal, the Wireless Workforce has simplified the otherwise overwhelming task of recruitment.

Amedia Creative was contracted to develop the Wireless WorkForce brand along with two corresponding web portals linked into the same database. The web portals serve as the connecting entity which creates employment opportunities for talent working in the telecom industry.

Amedia Creative proposed a trademark, colors, design programs, web applications and development, web portal design and development, marketing applications, marketing collateral, and even finance applications to help ease the burden of creating a very complex online experience and maintaining it. The importance of aligning all of these elements properly, is often overlooked by telecom companies.

The final product resulted in two web portals in which users and employers can post jobs and resumes, hire for a fee, pay for that fee, and even refer friends all through this uniquely designed interface by Amedia Creative. Amedia Creative also conceptualized and built custom web based marketing applications to send e-mail blasts to the database, finance applications to connect accounting to the databases, and administration applications to run the web portal.
