Audit & Analysis
Amedia spent countless hours researching competing companies, and possible social media strategies and social media channels which may help OAC gain traction in their market. We looked at all the other American high-end fast food concepts and figured out what they were doing well, and what they were doing poorly. We made sure to stay away from obvious mistakes, but there was also plenty of inspiration to be had for features and components that would truly enhance the company's online experience. The focus of campaign design needed to give the users a larger than life experience.

Rollout
With careful planning, Amedia used a phased rollout to gain traction via social media strategies and search engine optimization (SEO) prior to cutting the red tape. For the first month, Amedia focused on the design process of the OAC's site key functionality components to help distinguish their brand and establish their foothold in the market segment. Equally important was starting the process of user data acquisition, along with Google Analytics serve as key components that will compliment the start of the second stage.
For example, in an effort to acquire user data, Amedia ran a contest. Users were able to win a free lunch for themselves and three of their co-workers by joining the venues newsletter prior to opening.
Within the final stages of the rollout, the fruit of prior months one and two, begin to take shape. The rubber met the road, as the OAC now has full capabilities to promote every facet of their business. Utilizing media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare, OAC was able to maintain their social media presence easily after the handoff of the technology.

- 12 Total Checkins

An outdoor dining oasis in the heart of downtown Manhattan with four great venues featuring four great menus. The Open Air Cafe allows patrons to enjoy Classic American, Italian, Mexican and gourmet-to-go all in one space.
As a current client of Amedia, Park South Hospitality (the owners of the Open Air Cafe) approached Amedia with loose branding concepts and colors. It was up to Amedia to integrate these four brands into one web experience, at the same time allowing each brand to stand on its own as a single entity.
